Mik: I have been practicing carpentry for over 15 years and truly enjoy my profession. I proudly completed my journeyman certification in 2016 at Red River College. With humble beginnings, I starting working for my father’s business (KMK Ventures) at the age of 16. My father laid the groundwork and provided opportunity to learn from him (thanks dad for your expertise and experience) alongside talented finishing carpenters. This has helped pave the path to the extremely detail oriented carpenter I am today. I treat every project like it were my own and look forward to delivering a meticulously finished and beautiful product. You’ll find me on the job site right next to my brother Kai Luinenburg, getting your project completed for your utmost enjoyment. A personal piece about me, I am a proud father of two and in my spare time I enjoy playing hockey and spending time with my family.

Kai: I began my carpentry career working under my father at the age of 18. I too had the pleasure of learning the ropes from our talented pops and completed my journeyman certification in 2015 at Red River College in Winnipeg. I am most passionate about the structure and framing details of the job which compliments Mik’s eye for detail, allowing us to deliver a product you’ll be happy to show off.
